[Nice cutoff there, Tim XD]
James just looks at the shambling heap of rotting corpsey goodness. He doesn't even blink, just sighs and looks slowly away, happy in his little place in the corner.
He just appears to be watching everyone, remaining completely silent.

Veluriel sniffed the air again. There was a sweet smell....a very sweet smell coming from the corner. All mixed up with death and hatred and everything else that a demon depended on. On the other hand, there was a pretty cute chick in the corner. Some other bastard has already claimed her. Vel did nothing about the chick, they were a dime a dozen back down Below.
The smell was still there, but Vel wasn't gonna risk anything to walk over and investigate. The amusement between the two persons of unknown living status was proving to be amusing entertainment. He clicked his fingers at the barperson and grunted something under his breath that could possibly be translated as "Get me more booze". Dectorum was never a prize asesst of members of Hell's Court.
Something whispered in the back of his mind about the demonic precence around here. Something told him that it was something that he had to be mindful about.
-EDIT-
He lifted his cloak up and let his wings unfurl. They were starting to get a little stiff. They were black and strongly resembled angel wings. He flapped them a little, just to get the dirt out.

Mitzi got back in her stool. Huncing over again and just seeming to daydream. She listened to the conversations going on around her. Then she noticed a pile of bar napkins.
She reached into a pocket pulling out an old worn pen and started drawing on the napkins. Nothing really important, just small doodles to keep herself occupided. This also helped her to calm down just slightly and forget that she was in such a strange place.

Vel was beginning to die of boredom. Patience was not one of his few virtues. He casually got up, hoping that some of his muscles were showing, as he entered the ages old ritual of showing strength to impress future mating partners. It wasn't even a case of wanting sex, he just needed to show off.
He asked the barkeeper for some more B&C, intending to slide it down the bar towards the nearest female.

(Good job Tim, I think you have made one of the grossest characters I have ever come into contact with. I exhalt you.)
She looked up from her drink after handing the money to Molly, who had come around shortly after Hench hadgiven her the drink. She handed the woman a ten, real honest to goodness money...not the illusionary stuff her kind normally used in the mortal realm. She did, after all, want to stay on the good side of these folks and money that disappeared when the sun rose was not a way to do that.
She glanced up at the man who had adressed her as 'Sissy', puzzling over that nickname for a brief moment before it registered he was asking her name. Her nose had involuntarily wrinkled the moment she caught his scent but she made her face relax so that it looked like a simple twitch. "Ah, yes I met Ms. Hench." She said, tucking her hair behind her very pointed ears and focusing her solidly colored eyes upon the man.
"You can call me Kojuro." She said, taking a sip of her drink before setting the glass back onto the counter. Her wings continued to open and close every few seconds, the light the shone through them casting rainbows onto the bartop. The actual membrane of her wings was remniscent of an opal...or for those who hadn't seen an actual opal, clear oil atop water, all swirls of color. Her scent, for those who could smell over the sickly-sweet smell of decay and the scent of loamy dirt, was very fresh and sweet in a different way from most of the patrons. She smelled heavily of nectar and fruits with a heavy overtone of rain.

Nergal nodded after he got the bug-woman's name. "Call me Nergal. Or Mr.X if you were around in the early 80's." The wing-y man had caught his attuned senses. Motioning for Molly to take care of the two ladies, he walked over to the 'demon'.
"So, What brings you out of your little slice of hell? This is a home for mortals, mostly the ones that don't fit in with the other ones," he reached under the bar and brought up the Black Bible, a tool of a very dark trade.
His forarm, the one disconnected from his body, was in the middle of going on it's own adventure. Whether it be the mutated nerves, or just watching way too many zombie movies, it was in the middle of crawling towards the bunk beds. There was about to be some scared kids and wanderers running around if that thing crawled into someone's bed.
[Thanks, Eili! I have been kicking around the idea of a Un-Dead rockstar for a long time, and when I found this board, it was like his concivement as a character. Oh, and I fixed the cut-off]

Hench Rat looked up as Mr. X (as she prefered to call him) walked over to a winged figure. She had noticed two males in the back who just did not rub her the right way at all. So she scooted closer to Kojuro and Molly. Even though Molly couldn't speak she leaned down and spoke to both of them. "Those two in the back there, they kind of give me the creeps"
Her eyes roam to Kojuro being she was the one thing in the place that was easy on the eyes. "How did you find a place like this..you..dont exactly fit in. I mean, no offense, none of us do I guess..but you're really different."
Her mismatched eyes held a childlike curiousity when she asked.

Smiles slightly, nodding her head and turning back to her drink. The faerie set her drink once more on the bar before pushing her hair from her face with a slight laugh.
"Yes, they are a bit spooky but you can't judge a person just because they are spooky. I am sure they are nice if you get to know them." She said softly, wings fluttering quickly for a moment and causing a small shower of dust to flutter to the floor where it lay shimmering like glitter ground to a powder.
She shifts in her seat to better face the woman beside her. "I found this place because the Silver Path led me here. The children have such sweet dreams, they call to me to them." Her head tips to the side in an almost teasing manner. "I wouldn't expect to fit in like this, if I had wanted to fit in I could have...though it would have been hard to do since it seems that you are all strong dreamers. I'm a Sidhe - a Faerie you might say, I don't really belong in this world, but I bring you no harm so it would make sense that I don't fit in, yes?"
She gifted the girl with a grin, cheeks rising and skin shimmering in the dim lights...

Molly agreed with Henchy. "I don't like them either. They look like the Sinister Mutants."
there was a scream, and the sound of fire blazing up. Then the sound of something going splat. A glance over to the bunk beds would show that Nergal's arm had crawled into someone's bed and caught a blaze, then a large someone stompped it to paste.

Hench gave a nod to the two before she heard a scream. Ofcourse as jumpy as she was this caused her to leap up and bring a gloved hand to her axe handle. She gave a sigh of relief after seeing what it was and sat back down. She shook her head and turned around agian.
"Sorry, I'm a bit jumpy. I'm not used to being around so many beings at one time, usually if I am Im having to fight them off"
She then looked back at Kojuro "Don't you know in this world you can't trust anyone? Sometimes not even yourself."

A buck-tooth'd kid in a leather jacket sits down beside Hench Rat. He gave a grin and shy 'hello there'. It was Roco, the rat-boy. Molly cut him a mean look from her eyes. For a moment, he looked at her, and then said "Hey, Get out of my head! I don't have a thing for her, I just met her". Still mean looks from molly. Roco began to sulk.

She had jumped as well, during that moment of noise and fire, left hand now gripping her staff and right hand enveloped in a blue fire. Upon noting that it was nothing she shook her hand swiftly, extinguishing the fire.
"It is like that in every world, my dear, though I choose to give others the benefit of doubt. Do not judge before knowledge has been aquired." She smiles slightly, tilting her head to the side. "They have come here seeking companionship just like the rest of us, give them a chance, sweetling. You may be happily suprised."
She set her staff back down and finished off the last of her drink before begining to nibble on the pineapple that had been soaking the the blue fluid.

Hench shook her head and hunched over as usual. She looked down at the scratched up bartop "Maybe I don't want to give them a chance." she gave a sigh, well atleast the scary ones were just back there and not bothering her. She then noticed Roco and Molly's possible mind conversation.
She didn't straighten up, she didn't bother. She just gave a slight smile to Roco and nodded "It's ok, you can sit here. I don't mind."

Nergal got tired of waiting for a reply. He scribbled a little note that said. 'I are black priest. Be nice, or I'll send you home' on a napkin. He thus qued molly to tend the gentelmen, but she was in the middle of mentally yelling at Roco. placing a hand on her shoulder, he moved her over to the men, and took her place.
"Oh yea, Henchy, here'a number," he took the napkin out and slid it to her, "Not much of a use now."

Lifts her head to look once more at Mr. Nergal. "May I ask a question or two, sir?" She queried softly, insatiable curiousity getting the better of her. Gentle flutter of her wings sent more of the shimmering power to sift onto the floor. It was worth a small fortune if you could find the right person to buy it, there was about five hundred dollars worth of spell ingredients just sitting on the floor now.
She straightened the folds of her dress absently, fluffing out the layers of the skirt. Darling litle pixie girl, really. Nergal had just better not call her a bug to her face. Oh the tantrum that would be.

"Sure thing. That's why I'm around anyways," he went into his room and put on a pair of pants and a shirt, "Give me a moment to freshen up." The sound of Aresol Cans could be heard. Returning, he came back out and sat in a chair behind the two women.
"If your going to ask, no, I'm not going to sing. I left that business a long time ago."

Hench took the napkin and stuck it in a pocket. Her attention was then caught by the apparent sparkly dust that was drifting down to the floor. If she had been by herself it was likely she would have scooped it up without a moments hesitation.
The fact was however she wasn't alone. She was in a strange place with a lot of unfamiliar faces. Giving a sigh she took her axe from her side and then a small whey stone from another pocket. She angled the axe handle in her lap and began to sharpen the blade.
She listened to the two talking, interested in what questions Kojuro had for Nergal. Maybe she would come up with some of her own.

She shakes her head with a slight laugh. "No, no singing. I was wondering actually, how you came to be...what you are currently. You defy natural order and it intrigues me." She tips her head to the side once more before drawing her legs up onto the stool and crossing them. "I have never seen undead that was not a vampire or a zombie, both of which are obviously different from you."
She sits up straighter for a second, back popping with a following sigh of contentment. Yes, that felt nice.
"And, also, what exactly is this place which holds such brilliant dreamers?"

Nergal laughed. "First off, you're right, I'm not like them. See, they're the 'Un-Dead'. I'm just Dead. Zombies fear their brains being blasted out, Vampires worry about sunlight. I worry about maggots, fungus, and Necrophiliacs."
He glanced around a bit. "This place is an oprhanage of sorts. I take in the kids and off-beats that don't know much about their 49th Cromatid, and teach them about it. There's nothing more dangerous than a kid who dosen't know what they can do, or shouldn't do." He nodded to Roco, " And This place is also a home for those that can't have one. Like him. His dad tried to file his teeth down and cut off his tail. After the third or forth time, Roco ran here." He glanced at his watch. "The rest of the kids are at school. Roco and a few others I tutor myself."

She nods her head slightly, wincing in sympathy. She wished she had a way to preserve his body for him, though she wasn't sure how just yet. Mentally she vowed to find a way to do so as her own pet project. "Ah, I see." She said in acknowledgement of his first comment before looking about.
"Yes, the young who are not aware of what they can do, or what is not right for them to do are quite dangerous for their emotions are not quite as dulled as their elders. You are a very kind person to take them in and aid them."
She glanced over at Roco with a slight smile, thinking it a pity that his own father would do such things. "I don't understand why someone would do that, I think you look fine just the way you are, Roco." She grinned slightly, wings fluttering a bit more and sending another wave of shimmering dust to the floor. So much for keeping the place neat. As it was there was only about enough to fill two or three vials, but it could be sold by the quarter-teaspoon for a good fifty dollars each.
After all, despite the fact that Fae showed up on this realm very few wore their real form and fewer still had wings.
